WHY WE ARE HERE

We are looking
to help.

No one should have to navigate a difficult workplace situation without clear information and a sense of support.

Justice for the Blue is an independent volunteer initiative in development. We are bringing people together to support fairness, dignity and access to justice for international civil servants.

Our aim is practical: help staff understand the available routes, organise their concerns and find appropriate assistance. We also welcome people who can contribute their time, knowledge or language skills.

Our principles
Independence · Respect · Care with personal information · Clear limits on what we can offer

Our mission, vision and goals

Mission. Help UN and international organisation staff understand their rights, find reliable legal information and reach appropriate support when workplace problems arise.

Vision. An international civil service where dignity, fair treatment and access to justice are part of everyday working life, and staff can raise concerns without being left alone.

What we aim to do

Make rights understandable. Bring official rules, policies, tribunal judgments and practical explanations into one accessible place.

Connect people with help. Signpost staff unions, OSLA and independent lawyers with documented experience, while building a volunteer community.

Support informed voices. Publish evidence-based news, candid commentary and moderated contributions from international staff.

Keep support independent. Be clear about our sources, our limits and how people can contribute time or financial support.
